• WARRANTY, REFUND AND RETURN POLICY FOR RETAILERS (WARRANTY POLICY)

    This policy outlines the warranty, refund, and return guidelines for "Auto Stash Online" and applies to transactions made through www.autostash.com.au. In this policy, "you" or "your" refers to a customer, and "us", "our", or "we" refer to Auto Stash Online.


    Warranty for Products Sold Through Auto Stash Online

    All products sold through Auto Stash Online are covered by guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Our warranty policy does not limit any rights and remedies a customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law. In addition to these rights:

    • Auto Stash Online offers a 12-month warranty on products sold, which are found to be faulty or damaged, except:
    • Damage to external packaging only is not covered.

    We assess each warranty claim on a case-by-case basis and may arrange for repair, replacement, alternative solutions, or refunds, depending on the nature of the fault or damage.


    Making a Warranty Claim

    Warranty claims should be directed to Auto Stash Online through our website’s “Contact Us” page. Include the following in your message:

    • Order number.
    • Quantity of each product or part missing, faulty, or damaged.
    • Image or video clearly showing the fault, damage, or missing part.
    • A brief explanation of the fault or damage and the requested resolution (refund, credit, or replacement).

    Do not dispose of items before a warranty claim has been finalized, as we may require inspection. We reserve the right, subject to the Australian Consumer Law, to deny credit, replacement, or refund if goods are disposed of before claim finalization.


    For missing parts, we will dispatch the part as soon as practicable after confirming its availability. Delivery delays should be reported within 10 working days from the date of dispatch.


    Refund, Return, and Replacement Procedure

    If entitled to a refund or replacement, please submit a request via our website’s “Contact Us” page. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For replacements, we will advise if the product needs to be returned.


    Change of Mind Refund Requests

    We consider change of mind refund requests under the following conditions:

    • Requests made within 14 days after delivery.
    • Item must be in original condition.
    • A restocking fee may apply.
